5.0 Drainage Design and Construction Guidelines and Requirements
This section provides Drainage Design and Construction Guidelines and Requirements information that must be considered when preparing the design and implementation of land development works.
These guidelines extend to Melbourne Water Works only and the Consultant should contact the relevant local council for information about non-Melbourne Water drains.
Except where specified by Melbourne Water to the contrary, the Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the design of the Works. It is the Consultant's responsibility to justify any variation from the requirements set out in this document or otherwise specified by Melbourne Water.
