3.0 Standard Conditions
These 'Standard Conditions for Provision of Drainage Works by Agreement' (Standard Conditions) form part of an Offer of Conditions of Agreement for the Provision of Drainage Facilities (the offer).
The Standard Conditions must therefore be read by the owner of land proposed to be subdivided or developed as part of the Offer. The Offer and the Standard Conditions form the basis of an Agreement between the Owner and Melbourne Water as provided for in the Water Act 1989 (as amended).
If the Offer is accepted by the Owner, an agreement between the Owner and Melbourne Water is formed.
